GM Diet Day 7

GM Diet Day 7 Menu:
You can eat all the vegetables, fruits and white or brown rice. Make sure to keep the exercises on. Consume brown rice earlier in the day to got extra energy. You must not eat bread and oil, or butter yet. Juices made fresh at home, are permitted but do not add sugar.

GM Diet Day 7 agenda:

The plan on GM Diet day 7 is to bring your body back to the normal level of eating and workout without ignoring the detox and weight loss regime. You must have full control over the weight loss and body detox that has proceeded with this diet. You seem to be slimmer and there is a glow on your skin. So eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

GM Diet Day 7 Breakfast:

  •  You need a heavier breakfast to keep the body energetic for the day. You can have a bowl of brown and white rice. 
  •  You can also have heavy fruits . But add some quantity of rice too with your breakfast. You can have melons and papaya they are great and heavy for breakfast.
  •  Drink 2 or 3 glasses of water and a glass of juice with breakfast.

GM Diet Day 7 Lunch:

A lunchtime meal can be rice and cooked vegetables like:

  •  broccoli
  •  cabbage
  •  spinach
  •  kale 
  • asparagus

A generous slice of fruit must also be taken:

  • Pick watermelon, apple and mango.

GM Diet Day 7 Dinner:

Dinner on day 7 must be light . A vegetable bowl and some fruits will serve a great dinner . You can have orange juice or watermelon juice, with 2-3 glasses of water for dinner.

How to make the Most of GM Diet Day 7:

Day 7 is very important  so keep this few points in your mind:

  • Do not consume heavy fibers.
  • Keep the water consumption highest than the past 6 days
  • Exercise the most on day 7.
  • Restrict butter or oil to just a teaspoon in an entire day

Sample Chart for GM Diet Day 7:

  1. Drink one glass of water when you wake up and walk  for 15 minutes followed by your daily exercise
  2. Breakfast around 7:30 – 8 am
  3. Mid-morning snack around 10 am you can have a soup with 2-3 glasses of water and fruits
  4. Lunch around 1 pm
  5. Mid-evening snack around 4:30 you can have slices of fruits and a glass of fresh juice with 2-3 glasses water
  6. Dinner around 8 pm
  7. Sleep for 8 hours to enrich the diet process

Be sure to drink a lot of water about 14 to 16 glasses at least. The Day 7 of GM Diet plan takes you back to your normal routine. Make sure to keep your carb and fat indulgence controlled you still must continue eating healthily food and work out daily . It’s not just about 14-17 lbs but about a balanced mind and body.
